Our products and Internet Protocol solutions are built around, delivered and managed by the Company’s proprietary software known as Visibility.X.

Visibility.X captures the flow of different types of data, including email, browsing, data sharing, voice and any Internet Protocol application. This flow can be monitored by the client giving them control over their own managed network and the ability to add/delete user information quickly and efficiently. Data management is made simple as all the client’s communications infrastructure is integrated into a single source. Usage is accurately monitored by product, invoice period or even on a daily basis to identify usage patterns and to forecast bandwidth utilisation. Graphing functions within Visibility. X provide a view of data usage and highlight anomalies that need to be reviewed and daily reports identifying usage against preset thresholds provide a mechanism for managing connectivity expenditure. Visibility.X also contains a client database and billing engine which means clients receive one bill that is branded or re-branded as required.
