What is a Channel Partner?
A Channel Partner typically does not have a network of their own and does not operate infrastructure of their own at an ISP scale; if they operate any infrastructure at all.
A Channel Partner relies on IntraPower's infrastructure to provide their end customers with service, while providing level 1 helpdesk support to their own end customers. In this sense they are a Virtual Service Providers.
IntraPower Channel Partners are typically:
- Small or regional service providers
- Hardware vendors
- Software developers
